Jon is a sales and business development specialist, supporting individuals and organisations in maximising the scale and profitability of their revenue streams. Focusing on the process of winning business with particular focus on the marketing, sales and customer care systems and cultures, Jon works to develop the skills and attitudes required in individuals to deliver sustainable and profitable sales through the quality of their relationships with their teams and customers.
In addition to consulting, Jon delivers coaching and training interventions and works closely with people in a mentoring role.
Most recently retained by TBG Learning in leading a Sales Transformation Programme, Jon developed and implemented improvements in the sales and customer culture, consulting nationally and delivering tailored business development workshops and training events around the country.
Working with senior business people and their teams to develop leadership ability, management and relationship skills, Jon has supported organisations including KPMG, Anglian Windows, Grant Thornton, Cobbetts and Sulzer with a range of development solutions.
From 2004, Jon has supported start-up and high-growth businesses in Yorkshire and has delivered the proven Sales Development Programme to well over 100 businesses and organisations.
Jon holds an honours degree in Mechanical Engineering and prior to 2000, was a director at both the Carclo Group and GSPK.
